  • The loan application process includes answering a brief application and uploading valid identification – this should take anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
  • After this, you simply wait for an App notification or for a representative to contact you.
  • The loan approval process can be completed within 24 hours and it can take up to 5 days depending on the completeness of the information you submit as well as the validity of the IDs you upload and the ease of being able to contact you directly.

  • Visit the Google Play Store and download the pera247 App on your Android phone with the required specification or built of version 4.1 or higher
  • After downloading the App, register for an account on pera247 by entering a valid phone number, a one-time password will be sent to your number for confirmation. Then create your password once confirmed
  • You will then be asked to select your preferred loan amount and loan terms
  • Provide your complete name, birthday, place of birth and upload a valid ID
  • Validate your identity further by uploading a recent photo of yourself
  • Input a valid email address. An email with a 4-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Input the code in your pera247 app to continue with your loan application.
  • Answer a few other application questions as completely as possible
  • Choose your preferred time to call
  • Complete your personal information by answering your employment details
  • Specify your loan purpose and upload a utility bill (optional)
  • Submit a Payslip or COE (should not be older than 1 month) and additional contact (such as landline phone number, secondary and third party) to increase your chance of approval (optional)
  • Carefully review all your information to ensure accuracy and allow the pera247 App to access mobile data by granting the needed permissions on your mobile phone.

*This entire process should take just 5-10 minutes to complete and after completion of the application requirements, simply wait for a notification of your loan status or expect one of our representatives to contact you.



You may apply if you meet the following conditions:

  • You are currently employed and/or have a stable source of income, such as your own business
  • You own an Android smartphone with version 4.1 specifications or higher
  • You have an active (frequently accessed and utilized) e-mail address that has been existing for at least 6-months and is being used regularly to send and receive email messages
  • You are a Filipino citizen and currently residing in the Philippines
  • You may be readily contacted by and respond to our representatives with your mobile, landline or email
  • Possess 2 of any of the following valid primary IDs:
    • Philippine Passport
    • Philippine Driver’s License
    • Tax Identification ID
    • Seaman’s Book
    • NBI Clearance
    • Digitized Postal ID
    • Police Clearance
    • Senior Citizen ID
    • Voter’s ID
    • Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
  • *Though not a requirement, submitting a recent Utility Bill (not older than one month, ex. electricity, water, mobile, phone line, internet connection, cable) showing your complete name and current billing address, may increase your chances of getting approved.

    *For employed applicants, although not part of our application process, we suggest to send your Certificate of Employment or latest payslip to the pera247 team for additional chances of getting approved.


Your application will be reviewed, and if needed, we will contact you through one or more of the following channels below:

  • SMS
  • Phone Call
  • E-mail; or
  • App notification

You will then be advised on the result of your loan application (approved, not approved, or request for additional information)

We recommend you check the pera247 app periodically for updates and/or notifications to avoid delays with your application. We also recommend to keep your phone lines free to accept potential phone calls from the pera247 team.



Once you are approved, you will:

  • Receive a push notification on your mobile phone informing you of the approval status
  • Be able to select your loan proceeds disbursement channel or preferred method to receive funds (for some of the methods available, you may be asked to complete additional steps, such as create an e-wallet with our partner VMoney)

The following channels are available for funds withdrawal:

  1. Transfer to your Bank Account
  2. Security Bank Cardless ATM Withdrawal

To have loan funds disbursed into your preferred bank account, follow the steps below:

  1. Select “To Your Bank Account” from the disbursement methods available
  2. Select the preferred bank from the list of banks available
  3. Put in the bank account number and then click on “Add New Account”
  4. Select the bank account created and click on “Transfer Money”
  5. You will see an “Approved Status” on your app
  6. Read the Agreement form and click on “Sign Agreement”
  7. You will be advised that it might take up to 1 day for the funds to be available in your account
  8. You may check your account online or via ATM regularly to see if the funds are already available for withdrawal

Note: There is a Php100 Transaction Fee for every withdrawal made using this method

Withdraw funds from any Security Bank ATM without a physical debit card by simply entering a unique code and assigned PIN number. The App will provide you the instructions below:

For Cardless ATM Withdrawals, you will receive 2 separate SMS’s after selecting the Security Bank Cardless disbursement method which will provide you with:

  1. A 16 digit code – which will be the 16 digit “EGIVECASH” number
  2. Assigned PIN code – 4 digit PIN

When at a Security Bank ATM, just be ready with your 16-digit code and 4 digit PIN and follow the steps below to withdraw funds:

  • Press the ENTER key to see the Menu Options
  • Select the option: EGIVECASH CASH-OUT transaction
  • When prompted, enter the 16 digit EGIVECASH number (which was sent to you via SMS)
  • You will then be asked to enter the 4 digit PIN (which was also sent to you via SMS)
  • Input amount to withdraw and confirm the transaction and wait for the funds to be dispensed

Note:

  • There is a Php100 Transaction Fee for every withdrawal made using this method.
  • AsiaKredit never asks for your 16 digit “EGIVECASH” number and/or PIN-code.
  • Never share your 16 digit “EGIVECASH” number and/or PIN-code with anyone.


  • Be asked to read and sign the Consumer Loan Agreement

  • Repayment is as simple as a typical bill payment and can be completed through the following methods and/or country-wide establishments:
Over-the-counter
Online Banking
  • Go to any participating Bayad Center Branch. (List of Branches)
  • Fill out the transaction form slip indicating the following:
    • Biller: PERA247
    • Amount Due: Amount to be paid + Php 15 Transaction Fee
    • Account Number: Your Mobile Number (format: 639171234567)
  • Hand over your slip and cash to the cashier.

Note: Your payment will be automatically updated in your pera247 app. If you made a full payment, your loan status will change to Loan Closed. If you made a partial payment, you will see an updated loan details in your app.

We advise that you keep a copy of your payment receipt/s until your loan has successfully closed.

To make a payment at a Cebuana Lhuillier branch:

  • Go to any branch of Cebuana Lhullier. (List of Branches)
  • Tell the cashier the following information:
    • Receiver: VMoney
    • Control No. / Account No. / Reference No.: payments@pera247.com
  • Fill out payment form indicating the following:
    • Transaction Type: Payment
    • Sender: Full name
    • Mobile number: Mobile number
    • Receiver: VMoney
    • Amount: Amount to be paid + Php 20 Transaction Fee
    • Control No./Account No./Reference No.: payments@pera247.com
  • Make a payment.
  • Upload a photo or a scanned copy of your proof of payment / receipt using your pera247 app.

*You do not need to be a BDO or BPI Account Holder

  • Go to any BDO or BPI branch.
  • Fill out a deposit slip with the following details:
    • Account name: PERA247 LENDING CORPORATION
    • Account number:
      • BDO: 011390007063
      • BPI: 3191049062
    • Breakdown of deposit
    • Total amount to be deposited
  • Make a deposit at the teller.
  • Upload a photo or a scanned copy of your proof of payment / receipt using your pera247 app.

(Payment Posting: after deposit slip copy has been confirmed received by VMoney. Deposit slips must be received on or before 5:30 PM for payment to be credited the same day) *You do not need to be account holders at these banks

  • Go to any branch of the following banks and fill out the bank’s deposit slip with the following information:
  • Our bank information:
  • Fill-out a deposit slip to account name: VMoney Inc.
  • Enter the corresponding account number
  • Make an over the counter deposit at the teller
  • Scan then email a copy of the deposit slip to deposit@vmoney.com. Make sure to indicate in the subject line
    • Full name
    • Nominated pera247 mobile number
    • State - pera247
  • Then wait for your payment to post after VMoney confirms receipt of the deposit slip.
  • Upload a photo or a scanned copy of your proof of payment / receipt using your pera24pp.

To make a payment at a Western Union DA5 Branch

  • Go to any branch of Western Union DA5 (List of Branches)
  • Notify the teller of your transaction: VMoney Bills Payment
    • Receiver: VMoney
    • Email Account: payments@pera247.com
    • Indicate amount to be paid + Php10 transaction fee
  • Pay amount to Western Union DA5 teller and wait for confirmation that payment has posted to pera247 account.
  • Upload a photo or a scanned copy of your proof of payment / receipt using your pera24pp.

*You need to be a BDO or BPI account holder

  • Log in to the BPI/BDO online banking account.
  • Click 'send money' (BDO) or 'transfer' (BPI) and select:
    • BDO: To any BDO Account
    • BPI: To Anyone
  • Enter the following:
    • Amount to be paid
    • Account Number
      • BDO: 011390007063
      • BPI: 3191049062
  • Click submit.
  • Wait for the confirmation notice and upload a photo or a screenshot of your proof of payment using your pera24pp.


In order for us to confirm your payment, you need to upload a photo or scanned copy of your proof of payment / receipt using your pera247 app.

  • Go to your pera247 app
  • Click "Send My Proof of Payment" button and upload your proof of payment / receipt
  • Our system will update your Loan Status once it has successfully processed your payment which might take up to 1 business day depending on your payment channel.


Paying your loan on its due date will make you a responsible borrower. In addition, note the following:

  • You will develop a good credit history, which enables you to borrow again (even from other financial institutions like banks) and at lower costs
  • You can be granted a higher loan amount the next time you re-apply for a loan
  • No additional fees or interest
  • No repetitive and persistent reminders or SMS notifications about past-due payments
  • Avoid calls and notices from third-party collection agents
  • Avoid getting blacklisted by credit bureaus or other databases used by employers in background checks or by bank and other financial services firms in review of other financial product applications you may or may have applied for
  • Avoid possible legal actions

If a payment has not been made by the due date, this can result in:

  • Late fees and additional interest being assessed and applied
  • Calls and notice reminders from third-party collection agencies
  • Several missed payments could result in a loan default and could lead to blacklisting with credit bureaus and databases used by employers and creditors for background checks

  • Participating Bank Deposit (Payment Posting: 1-2 Banking Days)
  • Western Union (D5) Branches (Payment Posting: 1 Banking Day)
  • BDO and BPI Online Banking (Payment Posting: Immediate Banking Days)

You may without penalty. You will only be charged interest for the period you kept the loan.


Provided you pay on your due date, you qualify to re-loan with a simpler and quicker process and at lower costs. For borrowers of good standing, the daily interest rate can go as low as .7%.

You also must not have any other outstanding or existing loans with pera247 to qualify for a new loan.
